On this edition of the weekly buff we have a beautiful Red Jeep Rubicon 392. This vehicle was brought to us by the owner for full protection before he took it off roading to ensure that any damage from driving will be minimized. Our boy Noah closed the deal and once it was dropped off the crew got started right away with prep.

Prep consisted of a full wash using our EVO Shampoo, Gloss IT APC, EVO Wheel Gel, and a green claybar to ensure that we leave the paint surface as clean and smooth as possible before correction. We also removed all the hinges, hood scoop, and latches so that the PPF install could be completely invisible to the naked eye. Jr did an amazing job on prep and began the paint correction process by trying a single panel with our EVO 21 polisher, a orange pad, and our EVO 2000 Cut finishing polish to remove all the slight imperfections and marring from the paint.

Once the prep, and paint correction was done we moved on over to our in house PPF Master Maxwell, and Josh who began cutting the patterns for the front of the Rubicon, and hand cut a few pieces so they would fit perfectly along body lines. The crew finished the install in about a full day, and we were able to move on to the final step complete Ceramic Coating protection.

We used an array of our Ceramic Coating products to protect this vehicle. The first we used was our EVO Plastic Renew & Protect on all the black trim around the vehicle, to provide a dark black color that wont whiten for years to come. We used our EVO Wheel & Caliper coating to protect the face and barrels of the wheels making them much easier to clean for up to 1 year. The final two products we used were our EVO DIY Graphene Coating on the entire finish of the vehicle providing up to 8 years of protection with 2 layers of coating, and our EVO PRO Vinyl & PPF Ceramic Coating to aid the film in keeping its clarity, and preventing yellowing of the films adhesive.

The crew did an amazing job on this vehicle and once we finished it the customer picked it up the next morning, and was ready to head off road right away.
