The industry’s top automotive detailing and paint protection shop, located in Las Vegas, NV and specializing in paint protection film and ceramic coatings, is looking for an experienced full-time Service Advisor.

About the job:

Thank you for your interest in joining the Gloss It Detail Studio team in Las Vegas! We are expanding and looking for a self-motivated individual who loves cars and has experience in Sales & Service writing. This Service Advisor role will include following up daily with paid qualified leads that can turn estimates into sold jobs. This is role ideal for those who have or had experience working in an autobody shop, new or used auto dealership, auto service repair, or any other motor sports service shop. This position will include a weekly salary and monthly performance bonuses based on reaching certain sales targets. We’re looking to fill two spots. Compensation will vary depending on level of experience, ability to learn quickly and efficiently, and the ability to communicate with our clients as well as what other team members’ needs are.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a U.S. Citizen or have a valid U.S. Work Visa that allows you legally have a job in the U.S.
Have a passion to learn, be team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and pay excellent attention to detail.
Be a High School graduate and have a passion to learn. Must be team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and pay excellent attention to detail.
